Refund policy

We only accept exchanges no refunds!

Our exchange policy last 15 days. If 15 days have gone  by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also have your receipt.

Sale items only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items can not be exchanged.

Shipping to exchange your product, you should bring or mail your product to 205 East Agency Road West Burlington Iowa 52655. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for exchanging your item shipping cost are non refundable. Once we receive the item/ items back, you will then receive a store credit via email that you can use towards anything on the website this store credit will expire one year from the date that is issued.
